How much is this Rodgers snare drum worth?

I don't know what year but it's definitely vintage. It's not gold more of a champagne glitter on it. The snares are the only unoriginal part. It's a powertone and in decent condition. It also has remo weather king heads. Also in decent condition. Is there anyone that knows the value?
