Hypothetical question about the packers and matt flynn?

say aaron rodgers gets injured in the first 2 games of the season, and matt flynn starts. if he took the packers all the way to the superbowl and won it, what would they do? they have to different quarterbacks who have won a superbowl back to back years. would they have to fight for the job? would they both trade off games and switch when they get tired? would they still keep rodgers as the starter and trade flynn as a high draft pick?
