Sims 3 hellllllllllllllllllllllllllpp…

I am trying to update the sims 3 game from the launcher but after it completes installing patches the launcher says that it found a problem and needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenience ..what's the problem??? any help plz i never updated my game....I treid manually installing patches but it just says that it detected that no version of the sims 3 installed .plz help i never updated the game it is still version 1.0.631.002 help meeeeee :((((((((((((((
